Shipment and returns

 

Your shipment

 

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking number.

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

For International orders, delivery times will vary accordingly by destination. We ask international customers to note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures.

 

When your products are delivered, your local Customs may charge you a Customs’ or import fee. Please contact your local Customs office for more information about their charges.
